Price and automatic renewal

Full student access costs $10 USD per month. Your first paid month begins when your checkout payment succeeds. The subscription renews automatically each month on the billing schedule shown at checkout and in your account until you cancel. You can join at any time; this is a monthly subscription, not an installment loan or an annual commitment.

Owner approval and email access

Both owner approval and a valid trial or paid membership are required for full access. Public Atlas Study is free and does not require sign-in, a membership, or a trial. Approval and membership requirements apply to the rest of the website. Verification codes are sent to your approved email. Paying does not override a denied or revoked approval. The verified owner account is exempt from subscription charges.

Three-day free trial

Each email can receive one 72-hour free trial. It starts when the owner approves the trial request and gives full student access for those 72 hours. No card is required and the free trial does not charge automatically. After it ends, full website access requires the $10 monthly subscription. Public Atlas Study remains free. If you choose to subscribe during your trial, your paid month starts immediately after successful payment. Reapproval or another browser does not restart a used trial.

Cancel, update a card, or pay an invoice

Open My account → Membership & billing anytime to cancel renewal, update your payment method, or view and pay available invoices through Stripe’s secure billing portal. Canceling keeps access through the end of the paid period and prevents future renewals. You can resume a scheduled cancellation before the paid period ends, keeping the same billing schedule. After a subscription ends, choose Renew subscription anytime to start a new monthly billing period. Full access returns only after the new payment is confirmed and your email remains approved. Your saved study progress is retained while access is locked.

Final payments

Payments are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. There are no automatic partial-month refunds for cancellation or unused time. This policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived or the ability to report an unauthorized charge or billing error.

Payment failures and approval revocation

If a renewal cannot be collected, full access ends when the last successfully paid period ends. You can update your card or pay the outstanding invoice to restore access after payment is confirmed. Revoking website approval also stops future subscription renewals; existing charges remain subject to the payment policy above.

Educational use

Membership includes the student study tools available on this site. It excludes owner administration, ownership of source materials and public deck downloads. Models and animations have coverage notes and references. The site supports study and does not guarantee grades, exam scores, medical accuracy in every representation, or clinical outcomes; it is not a clinical decision system.

Privacy and questions

Your card details are collected by Stripe, not stored by the atlas. The atlas stores your email, approval, trial history and subscription status to manage access. Billing help: joshuaevans769@icloud.com.
